After successfully placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. Within 24 hours, one of our design specialists will contact you with a Design Information Form requesting all the information required to begin your project.
The Design Information Form may include your business name, preferred colors, logo text, slogan, design style, preferred fonts, images, branding guidelines, examples of designs you like, and any additional instructions that will help our designers create your project.
Once we receive your completed design information, our designers begin working on your project according to the package you purchased.
Initial design concepts will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time shown on the product page. All communication is handled via email unless otherwise agreed.
After reviewing your design, you may request revisions by replying to the delivery email with detailed feedback. We encourage customers to provide clear revision instructions to ensure the quickest possible turnaround.
Once the final design has been approved, we will deliver all files included with your purchased package via email.
Every package includes the number of revisions listed on its respective product page. A revision consists of modifications to the selected design concept, including but not limited to:
Requests for an entirely new design concept after a concept has already been approved may be treated as a new project.
Revision requests should be submitted by replying directly to the design delivery email. Our designers will review your feedback and provide updated files as quickly as possible.
If you remain unsatisfied after all included revisions have been completed, our customer support team will personally review your project. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide additional revisions, assign another designer, or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
